libbio-graphics-perl software package provides Generate GD images of Bio::Seq objects, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libbio-graphics-perl
libbio-graphics-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libbio-graphics-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libbio-graphics-perl *
You will get with libbio-graphics-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
